Same evidence satisfies both registered-address and operating-address checks. * **Good Standing:** Guinea-Bissau follows the OHADA RCCM model and does not issue a separate certificate of good standing; active status is evidenced by a recently-dated Extrait RCCM from CFE / the Ministry of Justice (or via the OHADA regional portal) reflecting current registration. Request issuance within 30 days for banking; foreign use commonly 60-90 days. ## Person roles When you submit a person on the application body, set their `role` to one of Conduit's canonical `BusinessPersonRole` values.
