Skip these areas — no local artifact exists. ### Collection notes * **Ownership Records:** Structure is Constitution + (Annual Return OR Particulars of Shareholders). Constitution is always required; either ownership filing satisfies the share-record requirement depending on company vintage and filing status. * **Address:** Lease (no time bound) OR utility bill OR bank statement, with utility/bank dated within 90 days. ## Person roles When you submit a person on the application body, set their `role` to one of Conduit's canonical `BusinessPersonRole` values.
